Position: HR Analyst, Vendor Management

This role involves working closely with manpower agencies to oversee the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of outsourced staff, as well as handling vendor payments and related administrative tasks.
Recruitment Collaboration:
Partner with Operation Heads/PICs and manpower agencies to coordinate the hiring of outsourced staff (OS).Onboarding and Performance Management:
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and monitor their attendance and performance throughout their tenure.Part-Time Employment: Manage the recruitment of part-time staff (PTE) from agencies, ensuring fulfillment during key campaigns and operational peaks.
- Agency Performance Monitoring: Track agency performance metrics and ensure compliance with agreed standards for the company operations.
Attendance Oversight:
Conduct daily checks on OS worker attendance across the company facilities and coordinate with agencies to address absences or issues.Replacement Coordination:
Ensure timely replacement of OS workers due to terminations or end-of-service scenarios.Database Management: Maintain accurate records of OS workers, including attendance, within the system.
- Overtime Collection: Collect and compile monthly overtime (OT) forms from OS workers.
Attendance Verification: Validate and approve attendance summaries provided by agencies through the system.
- Invoice Processing: Verify and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy before submission to the finance department.
Payment Execution:
Manage the payment process within the procurement system.Additional Duties:
Be open to assuming other payment-related tasks as needed. Degree Holder in Human Resource, Business, Finance or any related field- Minimum 1-2 years experience with related background
Familiar with sourcing, managing agencies.
- Good in spoken and written for Bahasa Malaysia and English
Presentable and comfortable in dealing with people- Intermediator / Good in Excel to do simple analysis & report validation
Good if can do reporting in dashboards.
