Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing, company and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Arranging post and deliveries
  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Maintaining office inventory systems
  • Proven work experience as an Inventory Admin or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management.
  • Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times
  • Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or higher.
  • Be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • Able to work well with others
  • Able to work on your own
  • Sensitivity and understanding
  • Flexible and open to change
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Has Experience in Inventory/stock will be an advantages.
  • Required language: English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be an advantages.
