Job Responsibility
- Preparing, company and storing information in paper and digital form
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Typing up letters and reports
- Updating computer records using a database
- Maintaining office inventory systems
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Admin or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management.
- Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times
- Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or higher.
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Able to work well with others
- Able to work on your own
- Sensitivity and understanding
- Flexible and open to change
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Has Experience in Inventory/stock will be an advantages.
- Required language: English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be an advantages.
