HR&Administrative Executive- Human Resources Management:
Manage the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.- Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate and support training and development initiatives.
- Payroll and Compensation:
Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Oversee office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and available.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Maintain and organize company documents and records, both physical and electronic.
- Event Planning and Coordination:
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and functions, ensuring all logistics are arranged.- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.- Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to management and relevant authorities.
Assist in audits and inspections as required.
- Support to Senior Management:
Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in HR and administrative roles.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
