Key requirements include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or etc
More than 12 years of HR management covering HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment with more than 4 years experience in demonstrating strong leadership in handling large-scale workforce management.
Formulate and execute HR strategies, policies, and protocols that are in line with the organization's strategic direction and vision of the organization.
Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing HRMS related applications that encompass a wide range of functionalities.
