Assist superiors in organizing and providing logistical support for company training and performance evaluation, such as collecting and reviewing various forms and forms;
Assist in the specific administrative work of recruitment and appointment, including distributing recruitment notices, collecting and summarizing application materials, arranging interviewees, and tracking the implementation of interviewees;
Assist in calculating employee salaries and benefits, participate in salary and benefits surveys;
Manage employee information and various personnel information, establish, maintain, and update personnel files, as well as update the company's employee roster, human resources related reports, and contact lists;
Handle relevant procedures such as personnel recruitment, talent introduction, retirement, and insurance;
Responsible for managing personnel changes (employee transfers, promotions, dismissals, resignations) and handling procedures in the company, and timely archiving them;
Responsible for the management of probationary employees and organizing the completion of probationary personnel probationary assessment forms in advance;
Implement various company rules and regulations, and handle employee rewards and punishments.
Responsible for drafting and archiving formal documents that need to be issued by the department's personnel department;
Assist in reviewing and revising administrative management rules and regulations, and organize and manage daily administrative work;
Supervise/inspect the implementation of administrative management systems;
Assist senior management in property, internal affairs, and safety management, and provide timely and effective administrative services to other departments;
Assist in handling legal affairs related to the company;
Participate in the management and execution of company business affairs;
Draft administrative documents, work reports, and notification messages for the company;
Carry out relevant work such as archive archiving, classification, retrieval procedures, storage, and destruction;
Meeting arrangements;
Responsible for handling the SOCSO/EFP of company employees, etc;
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement:
Possess minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field;
Experience in electronic and electrical industry will be added advantage;
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin;
Possess minimum 1 years of relevant working experience;
Well versed in using MS Excel and Word;
Positive attitude, committed to the job, analytical with strong critical thinking, responsible and result oriented.
