Job Description- Develop organization manpower structure & planning by establishing human resources strategies that match organizational objectives
Implements human resources strategies and goals set by the company by establishing staff accountabilities (KPI), talent acquisition, staff recruitment & retaining of staff, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development and succession planning.- Develop and enforce the procedures, policies, and guidelines of the company.
Ensure the company comply to local, state, and federal legal requirements relating the employment & human resource.
- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions- Develop financial strategies by anticipating, estimating and forecasting requirements; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; aligning monetary resources; and initiating corrective actions.
Handle & solve all the disputes between the company and the staff.
- Develop a good culture of the company which is set by the BOD.
Responsible to ensure the full compliance to SOP by all staff.- Overall assist the BOD to manage the full & effective human resource functions of the Group.
Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
At least 4 years working in HR, familiar with local HR management process and relevant laws and regulations.
- Familiar with performance management and salary and welfare management, with salary research and design ability.
Have good communication skills and teamwork skills, and have the ability to solve problems and deal with them.- Have strong organization and planning ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks;
Have good interpersonal relationship and personnel management ability to effectively handle employee relations;
- Have a positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility to bear certain work pressure;
