Location: Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park, Shah Alam
The HR Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The HR Admin will be involved in various HR processes, including document management, policy formatting, and establishing country-specific checklists.

Transfer and format HR policies into standardized templates.- Ensure that all policies are up-to-date and properly documented.
Convert and copy files from PDF to Word format for editing and updating purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of all HR-related documents.
Develop and establish HR checklists tailored to specific country regulations and compliance requirements.- Ensure that checklists are comprehensive and easy to follow.
Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Assist in preparing reports for HR meetings.
Bachelor's degree holder.- Experience in an HR administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
