- To ensure overall HR matters which included employment, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, government statutory requirements, policies and procedures, disciplinary action, safety, health and welfare for staff as a whole.
- To assist HOD for coordinate and monitor the company structure, department, function, procedure and JD for all staff.
- To prepare for timely processing of payroll & wages, preparing, relevant documents for submission to relevant government authorities such as SIP, SOCSO, Form E & Form EA, etc.
- To assist with general administrative duties and general HR documentations(eg. Asset management, vehicle maintenance & repairs)
- Prepare, administer and updating records of employment contracts, confirmation, employee movement and employee leaves.
- Liaising with government bodies (eg. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, MPHS, JKKP, JIM, etc)
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, Employee Handbook, HR procedures.
- To assist and administer the renewal of work permit & rehiring for foreign workers.
- To arrange and monitor the oversea workers documentation such as travel/business visa, company letter, air ticket, and etc.
- To assist & prepare HR & Safety procedures and documentation to align with ISO 9001:2015
- Responsible on checking & verifying monthly staff reimbursement.
Ad Hoc Assignments - To carry out any other specific tasks assigned by Management
