JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for the general administration such as office automations, stationeries, despatch arrangement, personal driver arrangement & etc.
Assist in stocking pantry supplies, office maintenance coordination and progress tracking.
Handling Expatriate visa application, permit renewal as well as maid permit renewal, FOMEMA and welfare.
Monitoring of stock inventory and records, process expenses, track receipts
Regularly updating and following up with companys Annual Renewal checklist
Experienced in ISO matters and purchasing department
Coordination of staff welfare arrangement such as festival lunch/gathering/company events and activities.
Handling employee relations matters such as panel clinics, office pantry refreshment stock level re-order quantity, usage and control.
Maintained a proper filling for employees personal file and documents
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required by the Management
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in HR and Purchasing department.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Any of Payroll / Attendance system
Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results.
Good analytical skills, attention to details and multi-tasking abilities.
Well verse in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Act will be an added advantage.
