Job Description

Key Roles .
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions: payroll, recruitment, training etc.
Ensure timely payroll processing and accuracy of payroll data.
  • Ensure proper organization and traceability of departmental filing system.
Manage performance evaluation, counselling, grievances and discipline.
  • Implement effective talent sourcing, screening, and interview process.
Oversee staff attendance, movements and leave management.
  • Handle staff benefits, medicals, insurance, and related matters.
Provide support for administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies.
