Key Roles .- Handle full spectrum of HR functions: payroll, recruitment, training etc.
Ensure timely payroll processing and accuracy of payroll data.- Ensure proper organization and traceability of departmental filing system.
Manage performance evaluation, counselling, grievances and discipline.
- Implement effective talent sourcing, screening, and interview process.
Oversee staff attendance, movements and leave management.- Handle staff benefits, medicals, insurance, and related matters.
Provide support for administrative tasks.
- Liaise with statutory bodies.
