Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Handle employee relations issues and support performance management
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in HR training programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with departments on HR-related matters

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin in both verbal and oral communication
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
