Join us as we are expanding our team and looking for an energized Human Resources Executive.

  • Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process: sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations.
  • Conduct new staff orientation activities.
Ensure all the record keeping, review records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data.
  • Assist in the training process, including process of sourcing, preparing, follow up, update training records, HRDC grant application, etc.
To check, process and administer staff claims in accordance with company procedures and policies.
  • Maintaining and updating of staffs records on employee profile.
To prepare leave balance report annual leave and medical leave for all employees for record purpose.
  • Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may assigned by superior whenever necessary.
  • Who're we looking for
Possess at least Diploma/Degree or any professional qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2-4 year(s) of relevant working experience in human resource generalist role.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel or any other computer literacy skills.
Candidate with Talent Acquisition experience will be added advantage.
  • Preferably those who is good at time management skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
