Job Specification :- Manage and perform the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts professionally and promptly.- Identify, source, and arrange training courses to enhance employees knowledge, skills, and performance.
Maintain and update HR-related records and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review and improve existing processes, workflows, and documentation to boost productivity.
Implement HR strategies and practices in compliance with company regulations, policies, and labor laws.- Handle any additional duties assigned by superiors and management.
Foreign Workers Management - To ensure the passport/ work permit/ employment pass/ visa application and renewal, special pass, check-out memo for the foreign workers are active by liaising with agent and immigration officers.
- To in-charge, handling, suggest, solve and rectify foreign workers grievances or complaints.
At least Diploma in HR/ Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience with relevant exposure, specifically foreign worker management.
Have a great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure.- An analytical mind and meticulous nature.
Good communication skills.
* Able to start work immediately will be prioritized.
