HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE - KOTA TINGGI, JOHOR Ensure smooth HR operations and perform administrative duties to support the companys day-to-day operations.
Maintain personnel records such as employment contracts and remuneration letters
- Assist in payroll preparation
Ensure smooth operations of the companys existing performance management process- Publish job ads and schedule interviews for job vacancies
Update internal databases with new hire information and existing employees update
- Develop training materials
Perform administrative duties as tasked to support the companys day-to-day operations
RM2,000 to RM2,500 (based on work experience and qualification)
Female.- Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (preferred).
Proficiency in computer skills.
- Work experience in related field is preferred though on job training will be provided.
8am to 6pm
