Requirements Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.- Minimum 3 years experience in or payroll matters. However, fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

To handle full spectrum of of Human Resources, Payroll, Statutory Compliance and Administrative functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance & office administration.
- Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing including staff claims, leave management and OT processing for the company groups.
Issuance of payroll related documents such as Payslip, EA form & Form E.- Liase and attend queries with local authority bodies in relation to the employee's related issues (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, Labour Office and other authorized bodies).
Prepares HR related letters (Letter of Offer, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letter, Warning Letter, and other relevant letters).
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records like employment letters and other documents in proper filing.
Update internal databases in the system.- Develop, review, and update HR and company policies, and promote understanding and compliance among all staff.
Perform other related duties related to HR and administrative duties.
