Responsibilities :- Manage the full cycle of recruitment process, including to job postings, resume screening, phone screening, scheduling interview, and conducting reference checks.
Handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions - including staff recruitment, staff benefits program, staff engagement and training program & etc.- Update and maintain employees attendance, leave / medical records, and training records.
Responsible for managing the HRMS and Payroll system.
- Perform other administrative tasks including office purchases, arranging for office maintenance, and car maintenance.
Oversee the full scope of office and project sites administrative functions
- Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
Professional Diploma/Degree in Human Resource /Business Administration or other related study.- Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
