We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, employee relations, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, handle statutory (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), benefits administration, and employee records. (Time and attendance tracking)
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including handle agreement, documents and handling correspondence.Policy Development:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.Budget Tracking: Monitor and manage administrative budgets, including office supplies, travel expenses, and other operational costs.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records, ensuring easy access and compliance with data retention policies.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
