Location :Bdr Puteri Puchong

Working Days : 5 days

nature of Business :Established cooling tower manufacturer

HR & Admin

Location :Sek 13 Petaling Jaya

Working Days : 5 days

Nature of Business - Established resource solution

  • Job Responsibilities:-
To handle full spectrum of HR
  • To prepare invoices and filling.
Update and maintain employee handbook, attendance, leave/medical record, staff confirmation and training records
  • Perform other administrative tasks including office upkeep and maintenance, office purchases, contract renewal
Responsible in preparing delivery order, PO, reports, memorandums, agendas & minutes of meetings
  • General Admin & HR works
Related duties that will be designated from time to time
  • Requirements:


Min Diploma and higher

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required . Able to work independently
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Work for 5 days in a week, Monday to Friday.
  • Working hours : 9am - 6pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM6,000.00 per month

    Schedule:

Monday to Friday
