Responsibilities:- Engage mostly in the pre-hiring recruitment process such as interviews arrangement, interviews with hiring managers, and HR Managers in their respective pillars.
Handling and responsible for Recruitment, Orientation, and onboarding of new employees.- Maintain and update staffs movement and all relevant details in our staff personnel files.
Responsible for staff attendance records accordingly and submission to payroll.
- Responsible for daily office administrative matter.
Responsible for any ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Able to work independently, resourceful and good sense of responsibility.
