Updating of employee personal record from time to time- Preparations of HR & Administration Department correspondences
To carry out general administration tasks such as Time Attendance System
- Administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily
Oversee office premises to ensure they are in good state repair and maintenance at all times through liaison with service provider- Maintain sufficient office supplies (ID card, Lanyard, Refreshments, etc.)
Ensure correspondence, reports, filing and keeping records are consistent with company guidelines and procedures
- Check staff claim and submit them to the accounts department
Monitoring renewal of license (Business License, music license, etc.)
Requirement- Prior 1-3 years experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred
A Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
Must have good communication and PR skills and be able to socialize well at all levels of people.- Excellent interpersonal, communication & organization skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Immediate availability will be an advantage.
