Responsible in foreign workers management i.e. employment pass, working permit application, renewal, etc complying to Malaysia Immigration regulations
To submit form CP21/CP22 (LHDN) for clearance tax before foreign workers go back to home country.
Responsible in all employee insurance administration and management such as Group H&S insurance, PA insurance-renewal, admission and deletion, insurance claim etc.
Administrative duties such as filling, sorting of mails.
To manage & monitor foreign workers hostel.
To manage & monitor disciplinary foreign workers, security guard duty, prepare working schedule.
To arrange & send foreign workers to clinic/hospital and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
Handle recruitment materials and job posting to appropriate recruitment portal/online recruitment/newspapers & etc
Source and recruit candidates by using recruitment resources and social media platform.
Assist Manager to coordinate the Training arrangements.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Administrative / Business or equivalent
Able to speak in English
At least 2 to 3 years HR experience in manufacturing environment is required.
Mature and of pleasant personality.
Patient and with positive work attitude
Able to work independently as well as working in a team.
