Job Description HR/Admin AssistantBased in Kuala Lumpur, the candidate will be working closely with the HR and Admin team in discharging HR and Admin-related work.
This role will report to the HR and Admin Managers, & HR Partners
- Duties & Responsibilities
Manage & assist the daily HR and Admin operations of the Firm.
Assist HR and Admin Managers on the administration of all onboarding & offboarding processes, for employees, pupils and interns.
Updating of HR documents regarding movements and promotions and maintain electronic filing for admin-related documents.
Attend to the applications and renewals of lawyers practising certificates, and professional insurances.
Work closely with the recruitment committee on all stages of recruitment.
Ensure timely monthly payment of admin invoices and employees claims.
Monitor office supply inventory and ensure timely restocks.
Coordinate maintenance services, notifications, and inspections with building management and vendors.
Handle ad-hoc requests from reporting managers and Partners, assist the HR and Admin Managers and Managing Partner with overall departmental support.
Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources & Administration preferably in the professional services industry.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong interaction, communication and analytical skills and be resourceful in problem solving.
Enjoys working with diverse stakeholder groups and is results oriented.
Able to work independently within tight timelines.
