Job DescriptionResponsibilities :
- Payroll Management: Ensure precise and timely payroll processing, maintain compliance, and excel in leave records, attendance tracking, and expense claims. Take on government-related HR responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate seamlessly with hiring managers to comprehensively grasp their staffing requirements, job specifications, and project needs. Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer issuance, ensuring a seamless process.- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns from employees. Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts. Make recommendations and take constructive disciplinary actions under the human relations policy and procedures of the organization.
Ensure effective implementation of human resources practices for all departments and functions in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures, HR guidelines, federal and state laws.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures as well as manage disciplinary issues, employees grievance and industrial harmony.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements to minimise liability and risks.
- Career Level : Junior Executive
SPM, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- A minimum of 1 years experience in HR roles
Well versed in Microsoft Office MS Excel, Word & Power Point
- Proficient in human resources matters.
Demonstrate attributes of change agent, innovative, self-motivate, creative and an analytical problem solver.- Able to communicate effectively and candidly.
