KEY ROLES: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
Plan, schedule, organize, and oversee work to ensure proper coverage, timely completion, and satisfactory performance.
Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping
Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects
Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required
Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments, including Front Office, Guest Relations, Maintenance, and Food and Beverage

Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
