- You must have at least 2.0 years of experience in customer service related fields
- You must have at least 2.0 years of experience managing at least 10 staff under you.
- You must be able to delegate tasks efficiently and make sure they are completed in the fastest and best way possible.
- You must possess a can-do attitude.
- You must have own car as transportation which is reliable.
- You must be able to work on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holiday.
- You must be able to handle immense pressure (You must not breaking down or give up during peak periods or when dealing with tough customers).
- You must be able to take instructions from superiors.

- SHIFTS : 3.30 PM - 12.30 AM or 10.30 AM - 7.30 PM (SHIFT work)
- We DO NOT provide staff hostels.
