JOB REQUIREMENT- Candidate must be a Diploma/Degree holder

Control all the work processes and contribute to good management of P&L.- Inventory control of non-merchandise items, stationeries and printing forms. Perform ordering to replenish the insufficient stock.
Manage and ensure good condition of assets, equipment and systems.
- Monitor and escort the appointed contractor on carrying out the job given.
Conduct the Opening & Closing of the Mall. Check the report on daily basis and propose countermeasure.- Manage the Mall key movement. Keep a proper record on handover / takeover of the specific key.
Monitor and maintain the Mall cleanliness. Liaise with the cleaning contractor, waste collector, pest controller, and audit the result expected.
- Monitor and manage the condition of public facilities in terms of functionality, arrangement and cleanliness.
Ensure all licenses are safely kept, strictly controlled and ready for checking by the authorities. Responsible for the application of new license.- Coordinate with HQ Admin on procedures of claiming insurance, service contract, Online Purchase.
Liaise with FMD Staffs on any maintenance issues.
- Assist Promotion dept. preparing materials of promotion and exhibition.
Others task assigned from the respective superiors.
