Housekeeping Assistant Assist in preparing guest rooms by cleaning and arranging furnishings to the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Ensure all amenities are properly stocked and replenished.
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and operation areas.- Performing general tasks including cleaning and sanitizing of units and operation areas while maintaining hygienic standards.
Assist in the collection and distribution of linens, towels, and other guest room items. Ensuring adequate supply and inventory of linens.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service operations.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with guests. Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns and take appropriate action to address the issues.- Monitor and report any shortages, lost & found, damages or other issues to the Management promptly manners. Assist in maintaining organized operation stores.
Work closely with the front office team to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
- Operating and storing housekeeping items such as cleaning chemicals, machinery, and other equipment according to safety and health guidelines.
Adhere to all safety and health guidelines in handling general housekeeping operations.
