Responsible to maintain hotel cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.- To adhere with Housekeeping procedures (SOP) for all tasks specified at any time.
Responsible to clean guest rooms and public areas efficiently and properly.
- Responsible for replenishment of guest room amenities according to Housekeeping procedure (SOP).
Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards, extra bed, prayer mat and etc. with a proper recording.- Anticipate guests need, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests. To maintain positive guest relations at all times.
In general, perform any other duties that might be assigned by higher management.
