Job Descriptions:
- In-house support in repairing and servicing AV products such as amplifiers, microphones, lighting etc.
Perform on-site and in-house services and repairs.- Responsible for the preventive maintenance of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is maintained in safe and good running condition for customers.
To attend customers equipment breakdown
- Perform daily administrative functions such as recording of field problems or updating of service record in Autocount system.
Generating daily delivery report and service attended- Assist at event or project setup & dismantle once needed.
Other ad-hoc duties tasks as directed by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Audio/Visual/Lighting/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent)
GDL driving license with clean driving records.- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Computer Literate (Excel, Words), Internet application.
- Experience in AV repair field is required for this position.
Knowledge and proficient use of electronic tools and diagnostic test equipment- Able to work in a team and individually as well with minimum supervision.
