Job Responsibility
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Assist customers in understanding the menu and making informed choices.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and assemble pastries, desserts, and beverages according to the cafés recipes and standards.
Ensure the quality and presentation of all food and beverages meet the cafés standards.
Handle customer special request and dietary restriction appropriately.
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
Provide correct change and process electronic transactions.
- Cleanliness and Organization
Maintain a clean and organized service area, including counters, tables, and utensils.
Follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices in food handling and preparation.
Monitor and restocks supplies as needed.
Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure a positive customer experience by being attentive and responsive.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
Communicate effectively with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures
Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Promote special offers, new items, and upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge in food quality
