To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or a closely related field.
Teaching Experience
: At least two years of experience in teaching.Subject Expertise
: Deep understanding of Hotel Management and its practical applications.Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and teach, capable of motivating and inspiring students.
- Organizational Skills: Proficient in creating effective learning materials and tracking student progress.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must carry the responsibilities as below:Instruction and Engagement
: Deliver comprehensive lectures and hands-on sessions to diploma students, ensuring they gain thorough knowledge of Hotel Management.Student Mentorship: Guide and supervise student projects, providing mentorship to foster their growth and development in the field.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to create effective learning materials, design detailed work schemes, and keep accurate records of student progress, achievements, and attendance.
Student Support
: Provide both academic and pastoral support to address students academic and personal needs, creating a nurturing learning environment.Assessment Participation
: Play an active role in developing, administering, and assessing exams and other evaluation methods.Curriculum Enhancement: Contribute your expertise to improve the curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and best practices.
- Operational Assistance: Help with operational planning, including managing workloads, coordinating timetables, strategizing for student retention, participating in college development initiatives, and handling compliance-related tasks.
