Hotel Management Internship (Marina Island)

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Hotel Management Interns. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.

• Responsibilities:

Assist with daily hotel operations and guest services

• Support front desk staff with check-ins and check-outs

Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for guests

• Assist in planning and executing events and functions

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operations

Learn and apply hotel management software and systems

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management program or related field

• Languages required: English, Malay

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of hotel management software is a plus

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM
