Job Title: Hotel/Homestay Maintenance
- Expected Salary: RM1,500 to RM2,000
Job Responsibilities:
To conduct all maintenance activities in accordance with approved standards, ensuring guest comfort, satisfaction and safety is the highest priority at all times.
To perform daily maintenance operational and preventive maintenance tasks.
To plan the daily task according to the established plan on a daily basis
To ensure the quality defect, equipment defect and other issue or problem is reported by prompt feedback and frequent communication with superior.
To ensure all tools and equipment provided by the company to perform the maintenance works are kept in good working condition.
Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services.
To conduct any other duties as may be assigned by superior to ensure the achievement of desired departmental working efficiency.
Proficiency in aircon servicing and wiring.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs.

Able to work on shifts rotation [mainly
Night Shift] and flexible to support the team when necessary
- Possess a valid driving license
