Job Summary:The Hospitality Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, operation, and management of our Airbnb projects. This role involves initial project setup, team formation, and implementation of effective marketing and service strategies to ensure a high-quality guest experience and optimize occupancy rates.
- Project Planning and Execution:
Lead the initial setup of Airbnb properties, including design, furnishing, and compliance with local regulations.
Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project launch.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Team Building and Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of hospitality professionals, including housekeeping, customer service, and maintenance staff.
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for all team members.
Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the team.
- Marketing and Service Strategy:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests, including online listings, promotions, and partnerships.
Design and execute guest service protocols to enhance the overall guest experience.
Monitor guest feedback and ratings, and take proactive steps to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, with a focus on managing short-term rental properties or hotels.
Proven experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
Strong team leadership skills with experience in recruitment, training, and team management.
In-depth knowledge of Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms and best practices for optimizing occupancy and revenue.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing or property management systems.
Familiarity with local hospitality regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
