Job Description

HOD PROCUREMENT (MANDARIN SPEAKING)

Location : Shah Alam
  • Job Responsibilities:

To conduct end-to-end sourcing activities and purchasing of material or service processes.

To liaise and execute negotiation process with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, quality and cost of material.

To conduct supplier qualification, evaluation and follow-up on vendor price, quality and delivery performance.

To establish and maintain supplier relationships and monitor suppliers performance.

To review, monitor, prepare and perform supplier database, report & record, procurement activities and cost analysis.

Coordinate with Production Planning, Store, Account and other departments on material planning and budgeting.

Performs any other duties as assigned by Superior.
  • Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin.

More than 5 years working experiences in procurement is preferable (especially in furniture industry).

Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft word & Microsoft Excel.

Can work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure.

Good personality and excellent communication skill.

Must able to work in Shah Alam and can travel.

Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM6,500.00 per month
