Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from clients seeking travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, flight bookings, and tour packages.
Supply detailed travel and tour information to ensure a smooth and convenient travel experience for customers.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to bookings, such as cancellations, changes, or refunds.
Promote additional travel services and products, such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades, to enhance the overall travel experience
Work closely with other team members and departments
Job Requirements
Possess at least a SPM and above. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Fluent in speaking Cantonese is a must and proficient in speaking and writing English will be an advantage.
Available to work in rotational shift (9 Hour including 1 Hour break) between 9am till 12am.
5 working days and 2 rotational off days including working weekdays or public holidays.
