Our dynamic team is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Recruitment Manager of global recruiting center to support our ambitious objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in regional mid-to-senior level recruitment, specifically in sales, after-sales, and key functional roles. Experience in headhunting is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for sales, after-sales, and functional roles.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to fulfill the company's staffing needs for new products and regions.
2. Talent Mapping:
- Conduct comprehensive industry research to create talent maps and understand the talent landscape.
- Build and maintain a robust database of potential candidates within the industry.
3. Channel Management:
- Optimize the use of global recruitment channels to maximize efficiency.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, industry bodies, and other recruitment sources.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and recruitment teams across various countries to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
5. Candidate Sourcing and Management:
- Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct headhunting, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess their suitability for the specific roles.
6. Offer Management and Onboarding:
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, in collaboration with the HR team and hiring managers.
7. Global Coordination:
- Coordinate with international HR teams to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring for regional mid-to-senior level positions. Headhunting experience is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge:*Deep understanding of the industry, with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Technology: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Adaptability: Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
