Using the help desk management tool, log and assign requests
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, helping them with IT-related problems and inquiries. Educate users on basic IT procedures and best practices
Troubleshoot hardware and software, technical, network issues
Keeps detailed records of the client's issue, the steps taken to resolve it, and any relevant information. This documentation is valuable for future reference and analysis.
Collaborate with other team members, including sales support, system technical support, Support Operation managers, and sales team to ensure clients overall stability and effectiveness of the solutions provided.
Conduct routine maintenance activities with team member, such as system updates, patches, and backups, to ensure system reliability and security. Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimize it.
Job Requirements
Experience in customer service
Fluent in Mandarin & English
