- Work location: Tanjung Langsat, Johor
Develop and implement departmental plans aligned with the company's overall development strategy.- Set annual departmental goals and plans, effectively breaking them down for each section and workshop.
Continuously optimize department structure, job setup, and workflows based on organizational needs.
- Lead system construction, design necessary forms, and ensure implementation and supervision.Manage departmental expense budgeting and control.
Oversee sewage treatment operations and management.- Manage solid waste treatment and disposal.
Operate and manage waste gas treatment facilities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental procedures
Manage operational costs related to entity operations.- Control costs associated with solid waste disposal.
Prepare annual forecasts for three-waste disposal, and develop quarterly and monthly rolling plans.
- Direct and check the maintenance of workshop machines and equipment to enhance stability.
Standardize the management of special equipment and accessories.- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring no safety or environmental incidents occur.
Continuously optimize three-waste treatment facilities.
- Provide internal staff with skills training related to environmental management.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in environmental engineering or chemical engineering.
- Over 8 years in environmental protection.
More than 3 years in environmental protection management or related roles.
