Job Description

Leadership and Management:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve the schools vision and goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student learning and staff collaboration.
  • Oversee the recruitment, development, and evaluation of school staff.
Implement and monitor effective disciplinary procedures and support mechanisms for students

Curriculum and Instruction:
  • Ensure the development and implementation of a comprehensive and balanced curriculum.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of instructional practices and student performance.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance instructional quality.

Student Development:
  • Promote and support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
Address and resolve student issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Encourage parental and community involvement in the schools educational activities.

Administrative and Financial Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the school.
Manage the school budget, including allocation of resources and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.

Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, community members, and local organizations.
Represent the school at community and educational events.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed about school activities and developments.

Safety and Welfare:
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff through effective health and safety policies.
Address any safeguarding concerns and ensure compliance with child protection laws.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification and administrative credentials as required.
  • Proven experience as a school leader or in a senior educational management role.
Strong understanding of educational theories, curriculum design, and assessment practices.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
