Leadership and Management:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve the schools vision and goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student learning and staff collaboration.- Oversee the recruitment, development, and evaluation of school staff.
Implement and monitor effective disciplinary procedures and support mechanisms for students
Curriculum and Instruction:
- Ensure the development and implementation of a comprehensive and balanced curriculum.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of instructional practices and student performance.- Facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance instructional quality.
Student Development:- Promote and support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
Address and resolve student issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Encourage parental and community involvement in the schools educational activities.
Administrative and Financial Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the school.
Manage the school budget, including allocation of resources and financial planning.- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
Community and Stakeholder Engagement:- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, community members, and local organizations.
Represent the school at community and educational events.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed about school activities and developments.
Safety and Welfare:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff through effective health and safety policies.
Address any safeguarding concerns and ensure compliance with child protection laws.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification and administrative credentials as required.
- Proven experience as a school leader or in a senior educational management role.
Strong understanding of educational theories, curriculum design, and assessment practices.
Skills and Competencies:- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
