Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- To drive and work with otherheadsof department or cross divisions where necessary.
- Provide credit evaluation and approvals of credits within discretionary powers and with the SLA.
- Manage credit risks to ensure minimal deteriorationof credit to Impaired High Risk and IL.
- To provide views and highlight key credit concerns during deliberation of cases at Management Credit Committee for respective cases assessed.
- Provide guidance and structured training. to business units and Credit Evaluation Managers to improve credit quality and underwriting skills on the job.
- To provide feedback to the Loan Secretariat on Minutes of Meeting for respective cases deliberatedat various Committee meetings.
- Assist CCO in various special projects, manpower planning and any other administrative related matters pertaining to the CED department.
Requirements
- Recognized University qualification preferablyin Accounting/Finance/Economics.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant credit, marketing and team lead experience.
- CCP Accredited.
