About Our Client
Our client is a MNC FMCG industry leader and they are in search of a Head of Supply Chain to oversee their company's S&OP as well as logistic & warehousing.
Job Description
- Lead and inspire the Supply Chain Team to achieve success.
- Collaborate with the APAC Supply Chain Team to create and implement strategies for planning and logistics, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Support and mentor Supply Chain staff to maintain inventory levels and meet customer service targets within budget.
- Guide Demand Planning staff to ensure smooth operations with minimal disruptions.
- Improve warehouse processes for greater efficiency.
- Supervise customer service representatives, resolve escalated issues, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee supplier contract management to ensure compliance.
- Streamline logistics processes to align with business goals and service objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Business/Logistics or any related studies
- 10 - 15 years of supply chain management experience in FMCG.
- Solid understanding of customs rules and Free Trade Zone requirements.
- Skilled in managing relationships with third-party suppliers and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in continuous improvement.
- Action-focused and goal-oriented.
- Good with IT, MS Office, and ERP systems.
