Job description- Preparation & Compilation of Potential Business and update Sales Progress Report on monthly basis.
Plan a marketing strategy in order to create and secure business opportunities and to build and maintain rapport, to coordinate and perform pre and after sales support in order to contribute to Companys revenue;- Take ownership and lead in compiling, preparing and submit tender in a timely manner ensuring that customers are provided proposals with competitive advantages and comprehensive services solutions thus satisfying their needs;
Prepare and drive tender or business proposal submission process in a timely manner involving relevant stakeholders to ensure competitiveness in solutions propositions and pricing structure;
- To up-keep, regularly in a timely manner, all reporting requirements such as up to date customers profile, weekly activity and opportunity management;
Prepare paper for Credit Control Committee for Credit Facilities approval;- Liaise with operation to establish modus operandi available on the movement of cargo in order to give accurate advice to our customers;
Conduct, where applicable, regular periodic business reviews to ensure implementation, monitoring, coordination of operational activities requirements are met as per clients expectations;
- International liason with appointed agent and ensure a transportation plan taking place timely, safely and in accordance with the customers requirements;
Monitoring and control cost in order to maximise profits;- Work in close relations with Credit Management teams to ensure Delivery Service Order (DSO) are well managed;
To comply, at all time, high professionalism and Corporate governance and compliance;
- To deliver and meet targets and KPIs set during the given period.
Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Economics/CIT/Advance Diploma in Logistics or equivalent;
- Minimum 7 years working experience in Sales & Marketing;
Computer literate; Professional Selling Skills.
