Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and interview processes.- Build strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and universities.
Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in talent acquisition.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into recruitment strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Exposure to diverse markets in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and beyond.
