To provide leadership to the Performing Arts (PA) Department.- To monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning and standards within subject area.
To lead and support PA teachers in the development of teaching and learning and delivery of lessons.
- To ensure that the School has termly performances.
To work with the Heads of Primary and Secondary to improve curriculum content.- To ensure that the curriculum delivered is appropriate and relevant to learners.
To review long term planning and draw up schedule for busking.
- To set cover for teacher absences in the PA Department.
To participate in School extra-curricular activities, marketing events and other activities.
Job requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in related field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Be able to engage, motivate and support children, staff and parents
