Get to Know the Role

We're excited to introduce a new role, the Head of People Experience, Delivery & Compliance. This position is crucial in scaling our processes, technology, and employee experiences following our growth. You'll be central to our team, driving transformation and new ideas in our HR processes.

You'll focus on transforming our HR processes and finding new ways to grow them while prioritizing the employee experience. Leading a team of analysts across multiple countries, you'll ensure the timely delivery of experiences to our employees. You will often be the face of People Operations (Pops), serving as a trusted advisor dedicated to supporting our employees and managers. Coordination with multiple teams and partners will be essential to align views and guide what's best for Grab. You will manage several priorities simultaneously and perform beyond the usual scope of work. Reporting to the Head of People Experience in a hybrid work arrangement based in Malaysia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will align Grab's team priorities with our People Operations agenda, integrating HR strategies with Grab's team goals.
  • You will collaborate with the People Operations leadership team to identify and address operational challenges, conducting regular meetings to implement solutions.
  • You will lead large-scale, multi-team projects from start to finish, driving programs that impact our People Operations strategy and service delivery.
  • You will support special projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience, using performance indicators to measure success.
  • You will oversee audit and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • You will lead automation of HR processes using technology to improve workflows and improve accuracy.
  • You will promote the use and benefits of Gen AI within the team, providing training and support.
  • You will manage service delivery to provide a positive, personalized employee experience, tracking performance metrics to enhance service delivery.
  • You will lead a team of HR advisors, guiding managers on processes, and technology use while building trusted relationships.
  • You will manage talent development within the team, promoting a culture of learning and improvement.

Qualifications

What Skills You Will Need

  • 12+ years of experience leading HR operations or HR teams in a global environment.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing HR operating models or shared services.
  • Experience managing HR audit and compliance activities, with familiarity with SOX.
  • Experience in leading large-scale, multi-geography, multi-functional projects with knowledge of PMP.
  • Leadership in managing a high-performing team of HR advisors and collaborative skills to deliver HR projects.
  • Skills in applying HR technology for process automation and improving service delivery.
  • Proficiency in using Gen AI solutions to address real-life problems within HR.

Ideal Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Agile methodologies or SCRUM
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
  • Data Analytics Certifications
