- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, achieving ambitious targets while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Navigate complex markets and leverage data-driven insights to build winning sales strategies, negotiate profitable partnerships, and secure long-term success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage customer issues proactively, and drive ongoing improvements in service quality.
- Motivate and develop a team of dedicated field sales professionals, ensuring their ongoing training and development to achieve peak performance.
the experience
- Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of fmcg experience in key account management, healthcare industry is desirable.
- Experience managing chain pharmacy channels.
- Results-oriented and proactive leader.
