Your new role
- Manage all aspects of IT network operations, including routing, switching, and security for corporate and retail locations, ensuring nationwide coverage.
- Provide guidance for daily network operations, manage incidents, and ensure 24/7 availability for critical issues.
- Engage in meetings for network design and project execution, and maintain documentation for network deployment and health analysis.
- Oversee network security, compliance, audits, and cost optimization, while also managing technology upgrades and tenders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Possession of a degree in any field, complemented by 10-15 years of experience in network strategy, planning, and support, with additional skills being a plus.
- Capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels effectively, equipped with excellent presentation abilities.
- Proven track record in network audit, tender processes, and cost optimization for both capital expenditures (Capex) and operational expenditures (Opex), alongside experience in IT infrastructure change management, problem resolution, incident handling, and configuration/release management.
