The Head of Investor Relations and Communications responsible to lead the company's investor relations and communication strategies to ensure accurate, consistent, and transparent communication with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations plan, managing corporate communication efforts, and fostering strong relationships with the investment community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and maintains a company investor relations plan
- Develops and monitors performance metrics for the IR function
- Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials
- Oversees the production of all annual reports and any other related.
- Involvement in a company listing exercise
- Manages the Investor Relations (IR) portion of the company website
- Monitors and analyze reports and update the Top Management
- Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community
- Establishes and maintains relationships with investors
- Organises conferences, road shows and investors meetings
- Other tasks assigned by superior from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline. Master's degree is an advantage
- Minimum 8 years experience at management-level especially in renewable energy company is preferred
- Strong communications skills including problem-solving, negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with prior experience of building and maintaining investor relations (IR) and communications.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English
