The Head of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in driving the companys strategic HR initiatives, focusing on business transformation, talent management, and talent acquisition. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a track record of successfully leading HR functions in dynamic and evolving business environments.
- Lead and manage the HR aspects of the company's transition from Sdn Bhd to Bhd practices.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the companys business transformation goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive talent management programs.- Identify, nurture, and retain top talent within the organization.
Design and execute leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Implement performance management systems to ensure continuous improvement and employee development.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent sources.
- Ensure the companys hiring practices are aligned with best practices and legal requirements.
Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
Drive change management efforts to support business transformation and growth.- Conduct regular assessments of organizational effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on HR matters.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Proven experience in business transformation and managing HR in a public listed company.
- Strong background in talent management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Thorough understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws and regulations.
